1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at softinweb.com ("the Site") or engaging SoftInWeb for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services

SoftInWeb, operated by SoftAndWeb Corp, provides custom web development, hosting, and maintenance services for businesses and individuals. Specific terms for any project are governed by the Service Agreement entered into with each client separately.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials on softinweb.com are the property of SoftAndWeb Corp and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this website without written permission.

Work product delivered to clients becomes the client's property upon receipt of full payment as outlined in the applicable Service Agreement.

4. No Warranties

The Site and any information on it are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site or our services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftAndWeb Corp and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the specific project or service giving rise to the claim.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information and content needed for the project
• Reviewing and approving work in a timely manner
• Ensuring they have the rights to any content, images, or materials they provide

7. Payment

Payment terms for each project are outlined in the Square quote/invoice sent to the client. Work does not begin until the deposit payment is received. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in the applicable Service Agreement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available at softinweb.com/terms. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
